Our New House

We made an offer on this little bungalow in Oak Park yesterday and it was accepted. Pending the inspection and close it should be ours in about a month.


It’s a 3 BR, 1.5 bath with tons of original charm. I’ll be sharing plenty more in coming months but at this point in most excited about this:

    Wow. That was fast! I have to admit I am supremely jealous as my house search was miserable. I put offers on two places. The first wasn't accepted. The second was, but the inspection was nightmare. I love hearing good stories because it makes me feel hopeful that maybe my home is around the corner.
