The Miami house

January 12, 2011 By jtandexler

We were in Florida this past weekend for three grueling days of house hunting. I’d thought that since we’re renting that this would be a relatively simple task but it was crazy. First we had yo figure out which neighborhood we liked then find an affordable place suitable for us, visitors and a newborn. No small feat!

We ended up finding an amazing house in a quiet neighborhood just a few miles from JiTs office. It’s absolutely perfect but we weren’t the only folks who thought so! Another couple tried to steal it out from under us so it’s been a roller coaster ride waiting for the deal to go thru. But I think things are finally smoothed out and I can start getting excited! The house has a fireplace, a backyard with a small pool, three bedrooms and a fabulous kitchen! It’s going to be great for entertaining!

I guess now we just need to make some new friends. Do you know anyone in Miami? Bloggers? Foodies? Moms? Please share names, blogs, etc!!!

You're going to have a little water baby! Can't wait to see the pics once you're in it or, better yet, see it in person!
