I don’t even want to talk about the last month. Let’s just say it’s been a work and school blur. Anyway I figured it was high time I got back to this little ole blog and what better time to do it than on a Friday night with homemade pizza, a homemade raspberry mojito with local mint and raspberries?
Unlike most of my pizza posts this one is made with a store bought crust from the Farmstand store near my office. It’s a super thin whole wheat crust…a delicious timesaver! We topped it with the summers first tomato fro
Our Harvest Moon CSA box, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella from Pastoral cheese shop and a drizzle of aged balsamic. Perfect.
